Therefore, I’ll recommend a product or service ONLY if I believe my readers would genuinely benefit from it.
Also, I ONLY recommend items that I personally use. If I don’t use it, I won’t even consider recommending it to someone else. The bedrock of my advertising policy is integrity.
(Example: I save 2-3 hours a week by ordering stuff from Amazon rather than running errands … so I tell people that they can save time by purchasing everyday items like toothpaste and sunblock from Amazon. I use this myself, and I’d recommend it to my mom. That’s my litmus test for whether or not I’d also recommend it to my readers.)
