Hey there!

If you have a question to ask Paula, this is the place to do it. Please note:

It takes us about 4 to 16 weeks to air answers to questions submitted now, based on seasonal variation and volume of questions received.

A team member will email you when your question has aired!

Additionally, due to the volume of questions submitted, we’re curating which questions Paula and Joe answer on the show. If you want us to feature your question, here’s what we look for:

1. A concise, clear question that takes one voicemail to explain.

2. Ask yourself, “Can others benefit from hearing the answer to my question?” – If yes, submit! If no, look below. =)

3. A question that Paula and Joe haven’t already covered.

4. Questions about topics that aren’t often covered, like entrepreneurship/small business/career.

If you need an immediate answer, you should look elsewhere:

It’s all free! =)

If you’re cool with the wait, please leave your message as a voicemail below.

Awesome. What Can I Expect Next?

If you entered your email address with your voicemail, you’ll receive an email from our team when your Q&A has aired.

Remember, if you submit a question now, please expect an answer to air in 4 to 16 weeks.

Thank you for your patience! 🙂

FAQ for Our Process:

What are the best practices for asking a question?

Write or outline your question beforehand so that you include all the important details. Include specific information about your situation like your goals, timelines, and current financial situation. Make sure others can benefit from hearing the answer. If your question is so niche it only applies to a handful of individuals, we probably won’t air it. Lastly, make sure it hasn’t already been answered.

How long can the voicemail be?

Up to 3 minutes long.

Can I be anonymous?

Yes, you can absolutely remain anonymous.

Go ahead and record your voicemail. If you’d like your question to be answered anonymously, simply identify yourself that way at the beginning of your recording (for example: “I’m Anonymous calling from Seattle, Washington”).

When you submit your name and email address afterward, please use your regular name and email so we have your contact information and can reach out if needed. Your name and email will not be shared publicly if you identify yourself as anonymous in your voice recording.

Can I leave multiple voicemails if I need longer than 3 minutes to ask my question?

Out of respect for other listeners with questions, please don’t. If you leave multiple voicemails, chances are we won’t air it.

You answered my question. Thanks! I have a follow-up question, though. How can I get that answered?

You can leave another voicemail the same way you did the first time. Please note the episode your original question aired on for reference. =)

When will I know that my question has aired?

A member of our team will send you an email!
